Sleep Scrimping

I heard fom a friend that optimum sleeping hours is either 6 or 8 hours, anything more, less, or in between is already unhealthy. This was advised to him by a doctor. I'm used to sleeping 8 hours but I'm training myself to catch 6 hours of sleep starting tonight. Hope this works!

  1. Update for this post: I wasn't able to do this! Haha. My body still needs 7-8 hours of sleep. This better pay off when I get older! :))
