Sleep Scrimping

I heard fom a friend that optimum sleeping hours is either 6 or 8 hours, anything more, less, or in between is already unhealthy. This was advised to him by a doctor. I'm used to sleeping 8 hours but I'm training myself to catch 6 hours of sleep starting tonight. Hope this works!

breakfast at jollibee for a change...aside from being P5 cheaper than mcdo breakfast rice meals, it's more eco-friendly with the use of small mugs...i just might patronize jollibee more than mcdo from now on...;)
